Meet your Doula, Jai
Jaionna “Jai” Harris is a doula with a heart that beats for nurturing others. As the founder of Wrapped Destiny Doula Care, she’s known for her calming presence, gentle wisdom, and the way she makes every family feel seen, safe, and supported.
Though she dreams of having biological children one day, Jai’s journey into motherhood began long ago — raising her younger siblings and pouring love into her Goddaughter and Godson . Nurturing is first nature to her, and her care comes from a place of lived experience, deep compassion, and unwavering faith.
With several years of experience in mental health, recovery, homeless resources, and early childhood development, Jai brings a faith- based, heart-led approach to every birth space she enters. Her faith shines through in the way she serves — with love, grace, and intention.
To Jai, being a doula isn’t just a role — it’s her calling. And her joy is walking alongside families as they step into one of life’s most beautiful and sacred seasons.
A Letter from Jai
Dear Mama, Family, and Beautiful Expecting Parent,
If you’re here, I want to first say—welcome. I don’t believe it’s by accident that you’ve found your way to Wrapped Destiny Doula Care.
My name is Jai, and I am a doula, advocate, educator, and the heart behind this work. But more than titles, I am someone deeply called to walk alongside families through the entire perinatal journey—from pregnancy, through birth, into postpartum, and the early days of adjusting to life with your new baby.
I believe this season of life is sacred. It is physical, emotional, spiritual, and deeply life-shifting. And I believe every family deserves to be supported through it with compassion, patience, and care that feels personal—not clinical or rushed.
Wrapped Destiny was created from faith, love, and a deep conviction that families should not have to navigate this journey alone. I often say I don’t just support births—I support families through the full experience of becoming.
From pregnancy, where questions and emotions begin to rise…
to labor and birth, where presence and advocacy matter most…
to postpartum, where healing, feeding, rest, and adjustment become the focus…
I am there to walk with you through all of it.
My role is not to take over your experience, but to support it. Not to speak for you, but to help you feel confident using your own voice. Whether you are preparing for your first baby or growing your family again, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and deeply cared for every step of the way.
At the center of my work is faith, compassion, and service. I believe care should be delivered with intention, humility, and love. While every family is honored exactly where they are, my approach is rooted in prayerful presence, peace, and respect for the journey you are walking.

You are joining a community that believes families deserve to be cared for, supported, and surrounded throughout life's transitions. While our work often begins during pregnancy and birth, our heart is to continue serving families long after those early days have passed.
